1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Macro Handler application ("App") or the macrohandler.com website ("Website"), you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App or the Website.
These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and ESAT ACAR. Your continued use of the App signifies your agreement to comply with these terms.
2. Service Description
Macro Handler is an automation platform developed for Android devices. The App provides the following core features:
- Macro creation and editing: Users can create and edit script-based macros to automate repetitive tasks.
- Macro execution: Created macros can be executed with automation actions such as tapping, swiping, and image matching.
- Macro sharing: Users can share their macros with other users for either a limited duration or without a predefined expiry.
- Template-based image detection: Detection of specific visual elements on screen.
- License management: Server-based license verification for premium features.
The App is distributed through the official website and the Android download channel.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Individuals under the age of 13 may not use the App.
Users between the ages of 13 and 18 may use the App only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you are legally authorized to accept these terms or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Users under 18 may use the service with parental or legal guardian consent.
4. Account Registration
Certain features such as macro sharing and license management require you to create an account with your Google account. When creating an account:
- You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information verified through your Google account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
A user may only have one account. Attempting to circumvent license restrictions by creating multiple accounts may result in account suspension.
5. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Macro Handler grants you a limited, non-inheritable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App. This license:
- Is non-exclusive (the same license may be granted to other users).
- Is for personal use only (unless otherwise specified).
- Is conditioned upon compliance with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.
- May be revoked by Macro Handler at any time, for any reason.
Access to premium features may be subject to additional license terms and server-based verification. Premium features may be restricted if license verification fails.
5.1. Subscription and Payment Terms
Premium access is a time-limited digital service provided under the terms shown in the purchase channel. Access may be activated through a server-side entitlement or activation credential. Current price, taxes, access duration, and any renewal terms are shown clearly before payment. Auto-renewal applies only if it is explicitly disclosed in checkout.
5.2. Subscription Cancellation and Termination
When premium access ends, premium features are automatically deactivated. Auto-renewal applies only if it is explicitly disclosed in the purchase flow. You may delete your account at any time; however, once deletion is completed, active premium rights may not be restorable for legal or technical reasons.
5.3. Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the purchase channel, applicable consumer law, the terms disclosed at checkout, and whether premium access has been used. The controlling refund process is the one shown before payment or in the applicable channel policy. You may contact support@macrohandler.com for support.
6. Macro Creation and Ownership
Users retain the intellectual property rights to macros they create through the App. The content, design, and logic of your macros belong to you. However:
- When you share your macros through the sharing feature, you grant Macro Handler a limited technical license to deliver these macros to recipients.
- This technical license is limited to the scope necessary to fulfill the sharing function.
- Macro Handler does not use, sell, or license users' macro content for its own purposes or to third parties.
7. Macro Sharing Rules
The macro sharing feature is subject to the following rules:
7.1. Time-Limited Sharing
Macro shares can be time-limited or never-expiring based on the duration selected by the sharing user (developer). For time-limited shares, recipient access ends automatically when the duration expires. Never-expiring shares continue until the sharing user, platform policy, or a moderation action ends the share.
Direct share access is managed primarily through the recipient account identifier (recipient UID). Contact data used to find the recipient account or route a pending share is not shown publicly, does not transfer ownership, and is processed only for technical routing or backward compatibility.
7.2. Play-Only Access
Macro recipients may be granted only the right to run (play) the macro. Recipients do not receive ownership or redistribution rights over the macro source or content. Recipients:
- Do not receive any right to view, edit, or copy the macro source code.
- Do not receive any right to extract, unpack, or repackage the macro.
- Do not receive any right to redistribute or sublicense the macro to third parties.
7.3. Ownership Is Not Transferred
Sharing a macro does not constitute a transfer of ownership of the macro. The sharing user always remains the owner of the macro and retains all rights.
7.4. Revocation of Sharing
The sharing user may revoke the share at any time and without providing any reason. Upon revocation, the recipient's access immediately terminates.
7.5. Notice and Takedown
For shared content that may infringe copyright, privacy, security, or the law, you may send a notice through the support channel. Your notice should include the content link, the reason for the report, and your contact information. During review, content may be temporarily hidden or removed.
8. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited. Users who violate these rules may have their accounts suspended or permanently deleted:
- Violation of laws: Using the App in a manner that violates any local, national, or international law, regulation, or ordinance.
- Violation of third-party terms of service: Performing automation actions that violate the terms of service of third-party applications or services (games, social media platforms, banking applications, etc.).
