IP & Takedown

Content rights and takedown process

This page summarizes ownership, infringement notices, and temporary takedown review for shared macros, forum topics, and other community content in one place.

Which content is covered by this process?

  • Public macro records, private/direct share records, and their attached metadata
  • Forum topics, replies, profile descriptions, and other community content
  • Copyright, trademark, privacy, account-security, or malicious-content concerns

What should be included in a notice?

  • A direct link or record identifier for the content you believe is infringing
  • A statement showing that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative
  • A short description of the copyrighted work, trademark, profile, privacy interest, or other right involved
  • Screenshots, timestamps, or contextual evidence when needed
  • Your current email address and any additional contact information if needed

What happens during review?

  • Content that appears clearly risky or raises rights concerns may be temporarily hidden, placed into review, or removed from access.
  • Support and moderation records are stored with the relevant record identifiers so the audit trail remains intact.
  • A temporary takedown is not a final determination; the final decision is made through moderation and support review.
