Cancellation and refund boundaries
This page explains the boundary between Macro Handler premium access, cancellation handling, refund expectations, and support. The checkout screen shown before payment and the applicable channel rules remain controlling.
2. How is refund eligibility assessed?
- The purchase channel rules and the pre-payment disclosures shown in that channel are evaluated first.
- Applicable consumer law and regional legal obligations are preserved.
- Whether premium access was activated and materially used is reviewed together with technical records.
3. What happens after cancellation?
When premium access ends, premium capabilities are deactivated. Account and macro data are not automatically deleted. Account deletion is separate from premium cancellation and proceeds through the in-app Settings > Account > Delete Account flow or the official support channel.
4. Support and escalation path
Use the purchase channel workflow first for refund or cancellation requests. If the channel process is insufficient or supporting documentation is needed, contact support@macrohandler.com.
