1. Subject of Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and ESAT ACAR ("Licensor") for the use of the Macro Handler application ("App" or "Software").

By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement, you must not use the App and must remove it from your device.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a license to use the App with the following characteristics:

  • Limited: The license is limited to the purposes and conditions specified in this Agreement.
  • Non-Exclusive: The same license may be granted to other users.
  • Non-Transferable: You may not transfer, rent, or sublicense your license rights to another person.
  • Revocable: The Licensor may revoke the license at any time in the event of a breach of this Agreement.

IMPORTANT: The App is LICENSED, NOT SOLD. This Agreement grants you only a limited right to use, not ownership of the App. All intellectual property rights of the Software remain with the Licensor.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this software. Users under 18 may only use it with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement or have parental/guardian consent. The Licensor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found not meeting the age requirement.

4. License Types

4.1. Free License

Free license providing access to basic features. Certain features may be limited.

4.2. Premium License

Paid license providing full access to all features. Premium license is maintained through server-based verification and can be used on up to 3 Android devices on the same Google account. Premium features may be temporarily restricted if license verification fails.

4.3. Device Binding

Your license is tied to the Google account and server-side license record established during initial activation. Depending on the plan and account status, it can remain active on up to 3 Android devices on the same account. Device changes and transfers are controlled through server-side verification.

5. Usage Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited under this license:

  • Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering the App or any of its components, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works.
  • License Circumvention: Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with license verification mechanisms, device binding system, or other security measures.
  • Unauthorized Distribution: Copying, distributing, repackaging, or providing the App, APK file, or any of its components to third parties.
  • Commercial Use: Reselling, renting, or sublicensing the App for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Licensor.
  • Modification: Unauthorized modification or adaptation of the App's code, interface, communication protocols, or any of its components.
  • Illegal Use: Using the App in a manner that violates any law, regulation, or third-party terms.

6. Automation Disclaimer

Macro Handler is an automation tool. Users are solely responsible for all consequences of the macros they create and run. Macro Handler accepts no liability for macros that violate third-party terms of service.

Users are obligated to review the terms of service of target applications before running their macros. You acknowledge that the use of automation may result in sanctions such as account suspension, restriction, or permanent bans in some applications.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all related materials (source code, object code, algorithms, interface design, graphics, icons, logos, documentation, APIs, and all related technical information) are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and international copyright agreements.

The license granted to you under this Agreement does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights of the App in any way. All rights, titles, and interests belong to and remain with the Licensor.

Users retain the intellectual property rights to the content of macros they create through the App. However, the macro creation tools, engine, and infrastructure are the property of the Licensor.

8. User-Generated Content License

By sharing macros on the platform, you grant Macro Handler the right to use, display, and distribute this content within the scope of platform services. Intellectual property rights of your content remain yours.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you share is lawful, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not contain malicious code. The Licensor reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate or subject to takedown review without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This software is provided 'as-is'. Macro Handler does not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN PARTICULAR:

  • No guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
  • All implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, are disclaimed.
  • No guarantee that macros will function correctly on all devices, Android versions, or screen resolutions.
  • Compatibility with third-party applications is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
  • Account bans, restrictions, or sanctions imposed by third-party applications.
  • Loss of data, loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of profit.
  • Security breaches or unauthorized access (except in cases of gross negligence by the Licensor).

Macro Handler's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months. In any event of liability, the Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the App in the last 12 months.

11. Accessibility and Screen Capture Permissions

The App uses Android Accessibility Service and MediaProjection API permissions for core automation functions. You acknowledge the following regarding the use of these permissions:

  • That you grant these permissions knowingly and are aware of their implications.
  • That these permissions are used solely for macro automation and not for surveillance, keylogging, or data collection.
  • That screen capture data is processed only on-device and is not transferred externally.
  • That you are fully responsible for the use of these permissions.

12. Updates and Changes

The Licensor reserves the right to update, modify, add features to, or remove features from the App at any time. Updates:

  • Continue to be subject to the terms of this EULA.
  • May require additional terms (in which case prior notice will be given).
  • Compatibility with previous versions is not guaranteed.

13. Termination of License

This license automatically terminates in the following circumstances:

  • Your violation of any provision of this Agreement.
  • Suspension or termination of your account by the Licensor.
  • Your removal of the App from your device.
  • Expiration of the license period (if any).

Upon termination of the license, your right to use the App immediately ceases and you must remove the App from your device. Termination of the license does not affect rights and obligations that arose before the termination date.

Violation of this EULA automatically terminates your license. Upon termination, access to all premium features is immediately revoked.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.

For disputes within the scope of consumer rights, the relevant consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts shall have jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Macro Handler. In the event of conflicting provisions between these documents, this EULA shall take precedence.
