Delete Account
Warning: This action cannot be undone
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Eligible account, forum, support, and sharing data will be permanently removed; records that must be retained by law may be kept separately.
- Shared macros and community content cannot be restored once deleted.
Deletion Scope
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, profile photo data)
- Premium and entitlement records together with active license assignments
- Forum posts and comments
- Shared macros, public macro records, and related files
- Support tickets and support lock or rate-limit records tied to your account
Retained Data
The following data may be retained for the required statutory periods due to legal obligations:
- Billing and payment records
- Audit log and security event records
- Aggregated or anonymized statistical data
Deletion Timeline
After a verified deletion request, eligible online account data is removed within 30 days at the latest. Records subject to tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal retention duties may be kept separately.
Reversibility
Deletion cannot be reversed after it completes successfully. There is no waiting-period restoration flow.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account: (1) use the in-app Settings > Account > Delete Account flow, or (2) send a deletion request from the Google email address tied to your account to support@macrohandler.com.

Download My Data
Under your KVKK and GDPR data portability rights, you can download supported account, entitlement, forum, sharing, and support records in JSON format. The download link remains valid for 24 hours and can be generated at most once per day.
To delete your account, you must re-authenticate with your Google account. After deletion, you can clear on-device local data from app settings or by uninstalling the app.
