Data subject request pathways

Son guncelleme: 2026-04-05Last updated:

This page summarizes how Macro Handler handles access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection requests. Detailed processing disclosures remain in the Privacy Policy.

1. Which rights are supported?

Access

You may request a summary and, where available, a downloadable copy of the account, entitlement, forum, sharing, and support records we hold.

Correction

If account or contact information is inaccurate, you may request correction. Some profile fields are managed directly through your Google account or in-app settings.

Deletion

You may request deletion of eligible account data. Records that must be retained for tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons may remain separately retained.

Portability

For supported data sets, a machine-readable export link can be prepared. This path requires re-authentication by the account holder.

Restriction and objection

Subject to applicable law, you may object to certain processing activities or request temporary restriction. Outcomes are assessed against the data category, legal basis, and service-security requirements involved.

2. How do you submit a request?

  • For account deletion and data export, use the in-app account flows first.
  • For other privacy requests, contact support@macrohandler.com from the Google email address associated with the account.
  • To avoid disclosing the wrong person’s data, we may require re-authentication, purchase evidence, device-binding records, or other proof of account ownership.

3. Legal scope note

This page summarizes requests handled under KVKK, GDPR, and similar consumer privacy regimes. Regional rights, including California-style requests where applicable, are handled through the same support channel within the scope of applicable law and our controller role.

Subprocessor details, data categories, retention logic, and security-incident communication posture are published in more detail on the Privacy Policy and Status surfaces.
